Documentation for the people who use the training portal. Start with the guide for your role.

Demo screenshots use Greenroom Test Org accounts (Luis student, Dana group leader, Noah multi-cycle history). Guides highlight UI with HTML callouts, not boxes drawn on images.
You do not choose your role. It is set when your account is created, and the portal shows you only what your role allows.
When you need something specific
- Common Tasks gives numbered walkthroughs for the things people actually do, most common first.
- Task Tutorials provides screenshot-backed walkthroughs for completing a course and recording outside training.
- Frequently Asked Questions covers the short answers.
- Troubleshooting is for when something is not working.
Group self-service (staff names and locations)
Group leaders keep site contacts and evacuation details up to date so training materials show the right people and places:

For the team maintaining the portal
Maintenance notes, release scaffolds and design references are kept with the internal documentation and are not part of the public user guide.
A note on accuracy
These guides were written by reading the portal itself: its registered addresses, screen titles, on-screen labels and form fields. Where something could not be confirmed, the coverage report says so rather than guessing.
If a guide does not match what you see on screen, that is worth reporting. Use Support and Feedback in the portal.
